Registration

Registering participants who have already paid for a pass and processing credit card and cash payments for tickets on site, as well as providing information on prices and scheduling.

Attendants

Be the first on the scene for a workshop or session, greet the facilitator/panelists and help them get set up and ready to go on time, ensure the session ends on time, running the mic to audience during Q&A.

Ushers

Greet and assist participants, 
answer questions, direct people to workshops, help move people from one room to another in a timely way. Count numbers for each event to ensure we don’t go over cap.

Ticket Collection/ Pass Scan

Scan tickets or check names off the guest list at the door for events.

Technical Support

Support our Tech staff in their audio/ visual needs. This may look like supporting setup, tear down, or during events such as assisting them in their troubleshooting needs. Previous audio/visual tech experience required.

Runners

Helping out where needed in the moment. May need to step in in case of no-shows. 

Shifts vary between 3.5 and 5 hours each. In return, you’ll enjoy standby access to additional sessions (first come, first served; not guaranteed; admitted after ticketed/pass guests), and admission to the closing party Saturday night.
