WIFT-AT is excited to once again offer the Mentor Match program to our members. The Mentor Match program provides WIFT-AT members with access to mentorship by hand-picked screen industry professionals. The program aims to tangibly increase representation and gender equity within the screen industry in Atlantic Canada and beyond. Selected applicants will improve their professional skills and industry knowledge through one-on-one sessions from September 2025 to April 2026.

Potential mentees may be wishing to:
—Develop their craft through conversations with a mentor
—Receive advice on establishing a career and achieving personal development goals
—Gain a better understanding of the industry and the expectations of their chosen or desired career
—Expand their network and build their confidence
