- Exciting things are happening here in NB! Along with the recent announcement of the tax credit being reinstated, Jillian Acreman is excited to announce she was awarded the CBC/Telefilm 3-2-1 Award for a short film entitled The Art of Decay. This beautiful story was penned by fellow NB writer Fonya Irvine, and is being Executive Produced by Tony Whalen and Gia Milani of Shore Road Pictures. Jillian doesn’t want to give too much away, but this 6 minute silent film explores the tragedy of the body ageing faster than the soul. The team is currently in pre-production.

Britany is currently in pre-production and plans to shoot early next spring.
- Ladies… I am prioritizing building a pipeline of commercial Canadian projects. Aside from that I have two features in later stages: A bigger budget hockey sports comedy and my never ending project entitled The Briefcase. The Briefcase has offers from distributors and equity along with a few heavy hitters attached. Aside from that I’m finalizing development and initiating conversations with buyers and agents on a few docs, TV shows and features that I would like to bring to the market place shortly. I very much look forward to meeting everyone. – Jayne Belliveau
